“When I first walked into the gym, I knew I wanted to lose weight and get fit. I knew it would be hard and I had no clue how I was going to do it, being a single mother with three kids and after school activities and motherly duties. After my first day at my group training class, I felt so good. Whenever I felt like walking out my coach was right there pushing me to go harder, reminding me of what my goal was.
