My Approach and What You Can Expect

At BUILT, we offer a variety of training packages that include the following options:

  • BuiltFit8 - Eight weeks of unlimited classes, training, meal plan and more
  • Individualized 1:1 personal training sessions
  • Small group training sessions (2-4 members together)
  • Large group training sessions (10-25 members together, depending on location)
  • Athletic speed and agility, sports conditioning, and strength training
  • Out-of-gym workout plans to follow on your own, on the days we are not training together
  • A full dietary counseling and nutrition program
  • Special events with other BUILT members, e.g. group workout sessions outdoors at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Valley Forge National Park, The Broad Street Run, and other “pop up” fitness events.
  • Optional 24/7 "Ask Me Anything" service to answer your questions, and provide ongoing advice, support and motivation

Our first session together will be a 30 minute meeting in which we'll talk about your health and fitness goals, eating habits, past or current injuries, and exercise background. I‘ll also conduct a comprehensive initial assessment where I'll evaluate your posture, biomechanics, current strength profile, body mass and range of motion in order to help me develop your training program.

I'll spend time listening to you explain where you are currently with your overall health and fitness...this will help me to determine the best possible starting point for you, and to establish your longer range, individualized plan.

I’ll offer you best-practice options for incorporating healthy nutritional habits and exercise into your daily life, based on my education and experience working with hundreds of clients over the years. Together, we’ll come to agreement about what will work best for you, and you'll feel confident about your next steps. I’m here to help you get the results you want!
